About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a MINI Brand Manager at Sytner MINI Wolverhampton.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and development of the entire MINI sales operation. You will lead from the front, inspiring a fantastic team of colleagues, including Sales Executives and Business Managers, to achieve exceptional results.

Your key objectives will include effective enquiry management, ensuring optimum stock of MINI Approved used/new cars is available at all times, and maximising opportunities to meet sales and profit targets.

This is a full-time role, which may include weekends, to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.

About You

The successful candidate will have a history of outstanding results in a similar position within the automotive industry. You will be driven by a passion to exceed targets and bring new ideas to the department to drive year-on-year growing performance.

You should be a strong motivator and leader, with a desire to help and support your colleagues to achieve their full potential.
