About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a MINI Brand Manager at Sytner MINI Wolverhampton. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategies to increase market share.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales executives and business managers to achieve sales targets
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and suppliers
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
About You

We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record of success in a similar role, with a strong understanding of the automotive industry and its trends. You should be a natural leader, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
