We're seeking an experienced Trusts and Grants Manager to join our team to oversee a portfolio of prospects and grantmakers, securing gifts to support our lifesaving work. This will be a full-time, permanent post.

As part of a collaborative team, you'll help develop and steward a portfolio of Trusts, identifying new funders and projects, and building sustainable relationships with supporters to meet financial targets and deliver our Trust fundraising strategy.

Key responsibilities include:
Developing your pipeline to research and apply to lapsed and prospective Trusts, Foundations, and grant-making bodies whose objectives and interests align with our work.
Collaborating with programme and finance colleagues to identify projects and creatively package funding opportunities to attract new prospects.
Working closely with internal stakeholders and regional teams to identify innovative approaches to new and existing funders.
Maintaining excellent record-keeping to ensure accurate reporting and grant management in line with GDPR and accounting good practice.

The role is offered as a home-based or hybrid position, with some travel required. Experience in working with project managers to identify and create attractive funding packages is essential. Excellent attention to detail, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work independently are also required.
