Financial Planning and Analysis
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making.
- Conduct detailed cost analysis and identify areas for cost reduction, efficiency improvements, and profit maximisation.

Business Partnering and Compliance
- Work closely with department heads and senior management to provide financial guidance and support on key business decisions.
- Ensure financial processes comply with relevant regulations, standards, and internal controls.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify and implement improvements to financial systems, processes, and reporting tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the finance function.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong proficiency in financial reporting and analysis.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly and concisely.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Potentially working towards an Accountancy qualification.
- Preferably have had previous experience working as a Management Accountant.
