Coffee Connoisseur Team Lead

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Cafe Supervisor to join our team on a part-time basis, working 22.5 hours per week. As a key member of our bar team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, preparing high-quality beverages and food, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food to our customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the bar area and storage spaces.
- Process payments (cash and credit cards) accurately and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly.
- Take ownership of stock management, ensuring adequate supplies of clean mugs, plates, and other essentials.
- Develop knowledge of brewing methods, beverage blends, food preparation, and presentation techniques.
- Monitor and maintain brewing equipment, reporting any maintenance needs.
- Represent our company and promote a positive brand image.
- Adhere to Food Handling & Hygiene standards and Health & Safety regulations.
