We are seeking a highly skilled Business Continuity Specialist to join our team at Shared Services Connected Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing an innovative end-to-end Service Continuity approach, encompassing Business Continuity, Management, and IT Disaster Recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) to ensure the continuity of our critical business processes.
  • Maintain and test our Business Continuity and IT Disaster Recovery capabilities to ensure they are always up-to-date and effective.
  • Work closely with partners and delivery teams to ensure the detailed execution of our BC & IT DR framework.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of our BCMS and provide strategic solutions to mitigate risks.
  • Play a critical role in Corporate Crisis Management by developing robust procedures and leading crisis management teams when needed.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience supporting complex businesses in a similar role.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • ITIL3 certification.

Working Arrangements:

  • Full-time, hybrid role with 2-3 days onsite per week.
  • Must be eligible for SC clearance.
