Network Open, a leading provider of audiology services, is seeking a qualified Hearing Care Professional to join their team in Plymouth, Devon. This full-time role involves visiting patients in their own homes to carry out fittings and aftercare under the guidance of an Audiologist/HAD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fitting appointments, including Real Ear Measurements
  • Rehabilitation appointments for patients experiencing difficulties
  • Service appointments to recognize basic hearing aid faults
  • Initial introductions and case history
  • Maintenance of hearing instruments
  • Assistance in training other staff

The ideal candidate will have a sympathetic approach and empathy, as some patients may be elderly or infirm, and others may suffer from dementia. In return, Network Open offers a competitive salary of up to £25k pa pro rata, depending on experience, along with a company car, pension scheme, life assurance, and private medical insurance.
