Their events and communications cover a range of pathologies, and they are dedicated to providing busy healthcare professionals with trustworthy, cutting-edge updates in their field in an accessible manner across a range of digital platforms and in-person events.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Due to continued growth, they are now looking for an Event Manager to join their team and be responsible for the overall delivery of a range of live and virtual events.

The Event Manager's key duties will include:

  • Delivering a variety of events across live and virtual formats
  • Contract management and negotiation
  • Working to budgets and deadlines
  • Speaker and attendee management
  • Liaising with internal teams
  • Tendering and negotiation with suppliers
  • Continuing event management on site/in studio
  • Analysing and reporting on the post-event

IDEAL CANDIDATE

Candidates must have similar experience gained from working with healthcare/pharmaceutical events and have a proven background of managing their own events, both live and virtual, from brief through to delivery.
