Job Title: Mandarin Speaking Warehouse Admin Assistant

Siamo Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and multilingual Warehouse Admin Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our logistics hub in Northamptonshire, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Printing pick labels and ensuring accurate assignment to orders
  • Monitoring pick rates and reporting any issues
  • Maintaining a well-organized filing system
  • Performing various office and admin duties, with occasional warehouse tasks

Requirements:

  • Fluent English and Mandarin language skills
  • Excellent Excel and Microsoft package skills
  • Attention to detail and strong communication skills
  • Ability to learn new tasks and adapt to changing priorities
  • Basic computer skills
