Siamo Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Warehouse Admin Assistant to join our team in Northamptonshire. As a Warehouse Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including printing pick labels, ensuring pick labels are assigned to correct orders, monitoring pick rates and reporting any issues, and maintaining a filing system.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Printing pick labels and ensuring they are assigned to the correct orders
  • Monitoring pick rates and reporting any issues
  • Maintaining a filing system and performing other office and admin duties
  • Occasionally assisting with warehouse duties

Requirements:

  • Fluently speaking English and Mandarin
  • Excellent skills in Excel and other Microsoft packages
  • Great attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to learn new things and competent with computers
