We are seeking a skilled Demi Chef de Partie to join our pastry kitchen team at The Ned. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality desserts and pastries to meet the demands of our 10 restaurants and bars.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve dessert menus to our guests
- Create visually appealing desserts that meet The Ned's high standards
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver seamless service
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
- Support the next team of chefs by prepping for the next service
- Previous experience on the line in a pastry kitchen
- Specialist pastry or dessert skills are advantageous
- A calm demeanor and passion for providing exceptional food is essential
- A creative flair is welcome, and you may be offered the opportunity to assist your Head Chef in menu creation
- Estimated yearly pay of 30,368 - 14.60 per hour including service
