Job Title: Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer

At Cambridge Healthcare Research, we are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and business partner support to our CEO.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide sophisticated calendar management for the CEO, ensuring seamless coordination of meetings and appointments.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for the CEO, manage expense reports, and complete a range of tasks that support the CEO's ability to effectively lead the company.
  • Act as a 'gateway' to the CEO and their office, ensuring efficient communication flows between the CEO and employees.
  • Complete ad hoc requests as needed, including personal or family matters.
Requirements:
  • Good proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to engage with multiple senior internal contacts and client stakeholders.
  • Ability to react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround and make informed decisions regarding priorities and capacity.
  • Solid time management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines and function well in a fast-paced environment.
