The Role

This is a highly varied role with every day being different and challenging. You will work on multiple projects simultaneously, with training provided to support your growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

Support fermentation processes up to 10,000 litre scale, including microbiological testing and offline fermentation analysis.

Monitor critical fermentation parameters and escalate issues as they arise.

Support process operators with bio-product recovery and purification operations from laboratory to plant scale.

Ensure analysis equipment is maintained and calibrated to provide accurate measurements.

Requirements

Foundation of technical knowledge and underpinning knowledge in bioprocessing.

Professional knowledge of principles and practices in bioprocessing, with experience in industrial environments.

Ability to apply limited theoretical and practical scientific/engineering methods to contribute to business activities.
