Join Our Dynamic Marketing and Strategy Team at MINI UK

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Marketing and Strategy Intern to join our team at MINI UK. As a key member of our marketing and strategy team, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, brand communications, and strategy initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the marketing and strategy team to develop and implement marketing campaigns and brand communications initiatives.
  • Support the development and tracking of key timelines, including market strategy and new model launch planning.
  • Coordinate and publish weekly bulletins and key performance dashboards to internal stakeholders.
  • Administer and steer key focus topic working groups, including Electric and MINI App.
  • Support the development of the MINI team engagement strategy, including helping to organize team days and social activities.
  • Support the organization and administration of key MINI meetings and presentation input between stakeholders from all levels of the organization.
  • Manage the finance process for the overall budget, including the raising of purchase orders and completing end-of-month routines.
Requirements:
  • Studying towards a bachelor's degree and on track to achieve at least a 2:2.
  • Strong relationship building skills and excellent inter-personal abilities, alongside exceptional written and verbal communication.
  • Excellent IT skills alongside a willingness to understand and use new systems and technology.
  • A well-rounded individual with a good mix of numerical and creative skills.
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to manage your time and complete tasks before deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail, coupled with the ability to provide considered feedback to agencies and colleagues.
  • A team player with a helpful, can-do attitude.
  • A genuine passion for MINI and Marketing is essential.
  • The ability to clearly understand the MINI brand tone of voice and creative style to provide relevant feedback and input on projects.
