Senior Corporate Engagement Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Corporate Engagement Manager to join our team at Bletchley Park Trust. As the first point of contact for companies looking to engage with Bletchley Park, you will work closely with the Director of Development to identify and cultivate relationships with new companies.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of relationship management and partnership development, ideally in a charity setting. You will be responsible for building strong, long-term relationships with companies and their key internal stakeholders, while maximising income for the Bletchley Park Trust.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a strategic approach to corporate engagement, identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with key stakeholders.
  2. Work closely with the Director of Development to develop and deliver events and other benefits to a corporate audience.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with companies and their key internal stakeholders, ensuring excellent communication and customer service.
  4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with the Development Team to secure new partnerships and income streams.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of relationship management and/or partnership development, ideally in a charity setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to write and pitch briefs or proposals to companies.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £36,000 - £40,000.
  • A 12-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension.
  • A hybrid working arrangement, with the opportunity to work from home and in the office.
