Job Title: Senior Corporate Engagement Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Corporate Engagement Manager to join our Development Team at the Bletchley Park Trust. This role will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with companies, identifying new business opportunities, and maximizing income for the Trust.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in relationship management, partnership development, and event planning. They will be able to communicate effectively with corporate stakeholders, develop and deliver tailored benefits, and work closely with the Director of Development to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with corporate partners to maximize income and engagement
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and partnerships
  • Plan, develop, and deliver events and benefits to corporate audiences
  • Work closely with the Director of Development to achieve business objectives and grow income

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in relationship management and partnership development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £36,000 - £40,000
  • A 12-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension
  • A hybrid working arrangement with regular on-site presence at Bletchley Park
