Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Structured Products Operations Specialist to provide front-to-back operational support to our Structured Product business and its customers. The successful candidate will maintain an operating model flexible enough to adapt to innovation in the business, yet scalable enough to sustain a rigorous controls environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reconcile trade positions and cash flows, manage trade and notes lifecycles, and ensure accurate and timely processing of corporate actions and dividends.
  • Send trade confirmations and client statements, deal with margin calls, paying agent, prime brokerage, and settlements.
  • Report all relevant trades correctly to meet MiFID, EMIR, and Dodd-Frank regulatory frameworks.
  • Contribute to the establishment of new controls, enhancement, and automation of existing reconciliation tools and processes.
  • Work closely with finance, treasury, risk, audit, and compliance departments.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in a similar middle office/trade management role focused on Equity/OTC derivatives or Structured Note issuance. Adeptness across the MS Office suite is required, with SQL, Alteryx, and/or Python being highly desirable. The ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, prioritization, and high-quality standards is essential. The successful candidate will also be able to work effectively under pressure in a busy environment and be flexible and adaptable in approach.
