A leading global asset manager is seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Research & Structuring Specialist to join their growing alternatives team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly reputable firm in an exciting phase of expansion into new distribution channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to benchmark existing funds and originate ideas for new launches, considering factors such as RE pricing, regulatory changes, and future growth alignment.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to design, launch, close, and merge new and existing funds, ensuring compliance with legal, tax, and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in defining the structuring of private and registered products, taking into account investor needs and market trends.
  • Manage product pipeline content and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Act as the subject matter expert on the firm's alternatives platform, providing guidance and support to stakeholders and monitoring new trends and potential offerings.

Candidate Profile:

  • 8-12 years of professional experience, with at least 4 years in a product development/strategy function in an asset manager, alternatives asset manager, investment bank, or fintech.
  • Understanding of closed-ended, open-end, and evergreen structures.
  • Knowledge of the institutional, retail, and insurance market, with a clear understanding of trends and investor needs.
  • Strong knowledge of the Private Credit market highly desirable.
  • Experience with ELTIFs & LTAFs highly desirable.
  • CFA/CAIA highly desirable.
