We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Community Retail Manager to lead our shop in Cockermouth, Cumbria. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a volunteer team of around 30 individuals and developing strong connections within the local community to ensure the shop's continued success.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Community Retail Manager in Cockermouth. You will be responsible for leading a team of volunteers, focusing on building strong relationships within the local community, and driving sales in our shop. If you have experience in retail management or similar roles, we would love to hear from you.

About You

We are looking for an individual with exceptional leadership skills, the ability to motivate and manage teams, and a passion for sustainable fashion. You should have a proven track record of leading and motivating teams, ideally in a retail environment. A strong understanding of what makes a successful community-led shop is essential, along with a can-do attitude and the ability to approach challenges in a positive way.

A competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum is offered for this role, dependent on experience. This is a full-time position, working approximately 37 hours per week. We offer a range of benefits, including paid annual leave, pension scheme, and training opportunities.
