Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive solutions strategy for LPS, aligning with the company's goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research, client interviews, and competitive analysis to identify market needs and solutions.
- Define the solution roadmap, prioritize feature developments, and handle delivery timelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to conceptualize and develop new features and improvements at speed.
- Lead solution launches and coordinate marketing efforts to ensure successful adoption and awareness.
- Establish key performance indicators to measure the success of propositions.
- Monitor solution performance, user feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or an equivalent.
- Proven experience in product/solution development and management, ideally within the field of professional services or B2B SaaS.
- Demonstrable experience in developing and launching successful product/solution offerings, particularly in the professional services domain.
- Entrepreneurial and commercial mindset with a passion for driving solution and proposition velocity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of agile/scrum methodologies as they relate to product management.
- Excellent agile project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to convey product vision and strategy to stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical abilities with proficiency in using data to make informed product decisions.
