Job Description

As a Digital Trade Senior Executive at Liberty London, you will play a key role in delivering commercial objectives for the Beauty category. You will develop a trading strategy that focuses on providing an exceptional customer experience, driving online growth, and ensuring seamless customer journeys across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Optimise digital touchpoints to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction, working closely with stakeholders to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
  • Maintain website content, products, and promotions to optimise the online customer journey and improve product views and add-to-bag rates.
  • Collaborate with the Liberty London team to align the online strategy and calendar with the business strategy.
  • Define and communicate the digital category strategy to the wider team, ensuring campaign delivery aligns with the category strategy.
  • Ensure category initiatives and campaigns are executed to the highest standard across the site.
  • Work with the Head of Digital Trade to develop campaigns, optimise landing pages, search results, and customer journeys to maximise sales.
  • Improve processes and communication flows across the wider teams, working collaboratively to achieve this goal.
  • Maximise traffic-driving opportunities with the Marketing and Design teams.
  • Work with data insights teams to understand the multi-channel customer, producing changes to the trading plan and customer proposition and journey based on this data.
  • Manage the production process, helping Trade Assistants to prioritise products and brands for launch on the website in the most efficient and timely manner possible.
  • Upskill the wider business in all aspects of the digital customer journey for the category.
  • Produce daily and weekly trade reports, working closely with the Buying, Merchandising, and Senior Digital Trade Manager to adjust strategies and activity accordingly.
  • Review customer journeys to provide actions on problem journeys and optimise with current customer shopping behaviours.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Ability to build key internal relationships with divisional buyers and other business stakeholders.
  • Strict time management to ensure key launches are within agreed launch dates and in line with store requirements.
  • Maintaining product quality on the site, including image, copy, pricing, and attributes.
