Job Title: Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a vibrant Primary School in the Borough of Greenwich.

About the Role:

  • Support a small group of pupils with SEMH needs in a dynamic and creative learning environment.
  • Work collaboratively with experienced teaching staff to develop and implement individualized learning plans.
  • Contribute to the development of a rich and varied curriculum for foundation subjects.
  • Participate in regular professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Must have a degree from a reputable University.
  • Must have a strong academic background, including A levels and GCSEs.
  • Experience in a previous role would be ideal, but not essential.
  • Personal or professional experience with SEN/SEMH would be beneficial.
  • Must be passionate, positive, and confident in nature.
  • Perfect for Psychology graduates or those looking to develop their skills and experience in a SEN/SEMH setting.
