Key Role in Business Growth
We are seeking a skilled marketing professional to join our B2B Marketing team at Three UK. This is a key growth area for our company, where you'll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact by delivering marketing and channel campaigns. You'll work closely with internal teams and agency partners to deliver performance marketing advertising aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises.
Job Responsibilities:
- Liaise with internal teams and external agencies to deliver campaigns that meet communication objectives and drive business results.
- Lead as a key creative point of contact on all performance marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with company goals and brand messaging.
- Act as a brand guardian to our channel communication teams, providing creative review and advice to ensure consistency and quality.
- Analyze performance marketing reporting to drive creative effectiveness and optimize campaign results.
- Manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders, prioritizing tasks and communicating effectively to ensure successful project delivery.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Experience delivering digital marketing campaign creatives and working with agencies to develop advertising.
- Stakeholder management skills and strong project management skills in a marketing environment.
- Experience handling marketing performance data to identify creative optimization opportunities and drive business growth.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Experience running performance marketing campaigns and creating engaging social media content.
- Knowledge of B2B marketing and experience in new product launches.
