About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial support and guidance to our senior leadership team, as well as developing and maintaining financial models and reports. Key Responsibilities- Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision making
- Develop and maintain financial models and reports to track key performance indicators
- Work closely with business stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to drive growth and profitability
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership and business partners
- Qualified CIMA / ACCA / ACA Accountant with a background in an ambitious, fast-paced, and dynamic business
- Commercially astute with a strong desire to interpret numbers into meaningful insights, and communicate to the business
- Naturally inquisitive and confident to challenge both accepted assumptions and processes
- Strong influencing and negotiating skills; the ability to support senior stakeholders in making decisions
- Highly numerate, analytical, and strategic, with a sound understanding of financial modelling and analytical techniques
