Senior Quantity Surveyor

Join London Gatwick Airport's Construction team as a Senior Quantity Surveyor and take on a challenging role that will put your skills to the test. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining cost plans and cost estimates for larger projects, working on complex projects from inception through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain cost plans and cost estimates for larger projects
  • Work on complex projects from inception through to completion
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure projects are completed within budget and provide optimal value
  • Administer contracts for design and construction contracts as they are awarded, including change management
  • Conduct accurate measurement, rate analysis, and risk assessments

Requirements:

  • Experience in a cost engineering, contract management, or commercial role within the construction or infrastructure sectors
  • Full working knowledge and understanding of using web-based contract management tools
  • Education to Degree level or equivalent in a relevant engineering, construction, or business-related field
