Job Description

ROLE SUMMARY

London Gatwick

Salary: Circa £70,000 + £4,500 Flex Allowance + up to 20% Bonus + Benefits

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor at London Gatwick, you will have the opportunity to work on the full project life cycle, surrounded by knowledgeable professionals, with one goal: to invest in projects that serve our customers and facilitate our growth.

Reporting to the Programme Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for managing project costs, ensuring that all financial aspects are aligned with the company's objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement cost management strategies to ensure project profitability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential cost risks
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
