Job Overview

Arm is building a team to develop innovative silicon demonstrators based on Arm's IP, targeting premium mobile, infrastructure, and automotive markets. We are seeking a skilled and creative colleague to join the team and contribute to the development process of these systems.

Responsibilities
  • Review and refine SoC Solution architecture, crafting design micro-architecture specifications, and developing RTL code.
  • Collaborate with the verification team to review test plans and debug design issues.
  • Work closely with performance and power analysis teams to evaluate and improve system performance and power.
  • Mentor junior engineers and support their growth and development.
  • Continuously innovate by improving design methodologies used by the team.
Requirements
  • Experience in RTL design for complex SoC development using Verilog and/or SystemVerilog.
  • Knowledge of static design checks, synthesis, and timing analysis, power management techniques, and power and clock domain crossing.
  • Exposure to all stages of design, including initial concept, specification, implementation, power and performance analysis, power optimization, testing, documentation, and support.
  • Ability to produce specifications and documentation describing complex designs.
  • Knowledge of shell programming/scripting (e.g., Tcl, Perl, Python, etc.).
  • Technical team leadership, mentoring, or coaching experience.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with Arm-based designs and/or Arm System Architectures.
  • Experience developing and integrating subsystems for PCIe, UCIe, DDR, LPDDR, HBM, Ethernet, etc.
  • High-level programming experience in C/C++ and/or assembly language programming.
  • Experience in embedded operating systems, device drivers, microprocessor, and embedded system hardware architectures.
