Job Title: Automatic Door Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Automatic Door Engineer to join our team at RAW Talent. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing a variety of automatic doors, including sliding, swing, revolving, and telescopic doors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and service automatic doors to ensure optimal performance and safety
  • Diagnose and repair faults on-site to minimize downtime for clients
  • Conduct regular PPM visits to ensure automatic door systems are fully operational and compliant
  • Maintain accurate records and complete service reports for all work carried out
  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines and company procedures at all times
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients

Requirements:

  • ADSA Accredited with up-to-date certification
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in installing, servicing, and repairing automatic doors
  • Strong electrical and mechanical skills, with experience working on a variety of automatic door systems
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible approach to working hours and participation in call-out rota

What We Offer:

  • Competitive hourly rate: Up to £18.50 per hour, based on experience
  • Door-to-door pay: Get paid for all travel time, from when you leave your home to when you return
  • Overtime opportunities: 1.5x pay rate for overtime, and 2x pay rate on Sundays
  • Call-out rota: 1 in 7, with a £100 standby fee
