Job Description

This role involves providing face-to-face contact and merchandising expertise within our retail stores. You will be based in Bury St Edmunds but may be required to travel to different stores within your zone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining visual merchandising standards and guidelines
  • Processing deliveries of new stock and maintaining housekeeping standards
  • Setting up promotional activities and collaborating with host management teams to improve sales

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience in a customer-facing setting, preferably in a retail or sales environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Access to an Apple or Android smartphone with the operating system version 8.1 or later (Android) or iOS 13.4 or later

Working Conditions

You will be working alongside a Team Leader who will provide coaching and ongoing support. The Christmas period is our busiest time, and therefore we are unable to authorise any leave in December. We value a positive attitude, friendliness, politeness, and professionalism in our team members.
