Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead or participate in clinical trial meetings with the Lead Trial Physicians to ensure successful study execution.
  • Develop and implement risk management and mitigation strategies for clinical trials to ensure compliance and quality.
  • Manage trial timelines, budget, and quality, collaborating with CODL on issues and solutions to ensure timely completion.
  • Support CRO/vendor selection and lead contract negotiations to ensure best value for the company.
  • Supervise and evaluate CROs and vendor stakeholders to ensure high-quality services.
  • Contribute to the development of trial materials and monitor patient recruitment to ensure successful study enrollment.
  • Implement site oversight strategy, conduct visits, and review monitoring reports for data quality to ensure compliance.
  • Keep the Trial Master File (TMF) updated and manage investigational product supply to ensure compliance and quality.
Main Requirements:
  • Clinical Trial Management experience in Phases I, II, III.
  • Clinical trial experience from start-up, execution, and closure.
  • Global experience (EU, US, JAPAC).
  • Experience with Immunology, Rare Diseases (ideally).
  • Biotechnology industry experience (ideally).
