As a Field Service Engineer, you'll be responsible for installing and maintaining our network infrastructure, ensuring our customers receive the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities:

* Install and maintain network equipment, including routers, switches, and other hardware
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with our network and customer equipment
* Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborate with our technical team to identify and resolve technical issues

Requirements:

* A UK Manual driving licence with no more than 8 points
* Ability to work at heights and in all weather conditions
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to find suitable solutions for customers
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
