Clearline Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Property Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a rapidly expanding property investment company that operates globally.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in estate and portfolio management, with a strong understanding of AST and commercial property management. They will be responsible for managing the upkeep and readiness of key venues, including a wedding venue and head office, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, fire, and environmental regulations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster positive relationships with third-party management companies and contractors. They will also have a strong analytical mind, with the ability to monitor and manage property budgets, capital expenditures, and financial reporting.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of expertise and attention to detail. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the upkeep and readiness of key venues, including a wedding venue and head office.
  2. Ensure compliance with health, safety, fire, and environmental regulations.
  3. Monitor and manage property budgets, capital expenditures, and financial reporting.
  4. Foster positive relationships with third-party management companies and contractors.
  5. Identify opportunities for asset value enhancement and implement property management improvements.
  6. Coordinate with contractors and external teams to ensure high-quality maintenance and repairs.
  7. Conduct regular property inspections and maintain detailed logs of maintenance activities.

Requirements:

Demonstrated experience in estate and portfolio management, ideally in hospitality or event settings.In-depth understanding of AST and commercial property management, including legislative updates, tenancy renewals, rent reviews, and compliance requirements.Proven ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and perform well under pressure.Capability to foster positive relationships with third-party management companies and contractors.Manage the upkeep and readiness of key venues, including a wedding venue and head office.Ensure compliance with health, safety, fire, and environmental regulations, conducting regular risk assessments.Monitor and manage property budgets, capital expenditures, and financial reporting.Identify opportunities for asset value enhancement and implement property management improvements.Coordinate with contractors and external teams to ensure high-quality maintenance and repairs.Conduct regular property inspections and maintain detailed logs of maintenance activities.

What We Offer:

Clearline Recruitment Ltd offers a competitive salary of £42,000 - £47,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and expanding business that values personal and professional growth.
