">The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of up to £38,000 + benefits, including private healthcare, family-friendly policies, and industry-leading training opportunities. You will also have access to 25 days holiday per year + bank holidays (increasing to 30 days with service).
">Job Description:
">In this full-time, permanent role, you will work as part of a dedicated team to deliver quality care across a range of services in the Orthopaedics department. Your responsibilities will include working in a fast-paced environment, leading a team, and making influential decisions with autonomy and support.
">Required Skills and Qualifications:
">To succeed in this role, you will need registration with the NMC or HCPC and 12 months experience in a theatre setting (desirable but not essential). You will also have opportunities to develop your skills and qualifications through short courses and industry-recognised qualifications.
