Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Portfolio Analyst to join our Infrastructure team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial analysis and support to the Director, Finance, and will play a key role in driving performance and generating value for our European operating businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and high-quality financial analysis and forecasting to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to support annual business planning and valuation processes.
  • Prepare quarterly results presentations for senior management and review quarterly/annual financial reporting submissions from operating assets.
  • Assist in the onboarding and integration of new assets into Brookfield's finance and accounting processes.
  • Communicate effectively with finance teams of operating businesses and Brookfield Infrastructure.
  • Identify opportunities to improve and streamline processes within the context of a growing operating platform.
  • Perform strategic ad-hoc analysis and special projects as required.

Requirements

  • Recognized professional accounting designation (e.g. ACA or ACCA).
  • 1-2 years PQE work experience in a finance or accounting function.
  • Strong financial systems experience, including advanced Excel.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability and initiative.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, complex, fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills (both oral and written), with an additional European language desirable.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with respect to both managing workload and professional development.
