Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Lead Therapist and Care Manager to oversee our children's residential service, providing a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment for children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

  • Job Summary
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring exceptional care and support for the children.
  • Lead a team of committed professionals, fostering a positive and open culture.
  • Evaluate and implement individual care plans and therapeutic strategies tailored to each child's needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external professionals, local authorities, and families to ensure the best outcomes for the young people.
Requirements
  • Key Qualifications
  • A Registered Manager with a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (Children and Young People's Residential Management) or equivalent.
  • Experience managing an EBD home, with a strong understanding of the challenges and rewards.
