Job Summary

As a Compliance Officer at Pierre Fabre Group, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing the company's Ethics and Compliance program. This position requires a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and the ability to communicate effectively with management and employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain local policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide advice and guidance to management and employees on compliance matters.
  • Assist in risk management and identify areas for improvement in the Compliance program.
  • Establish and maintain an effective internal communication program on compliance and develop the internal compliance training program.
  • Monitor the performance of the Compliance program and take appropriate actions to improve its effectiveness.
  • Participate in the export control process and lead and supervise the Compliance team.
