Birchrose Associates is recruiting an Internal Client Services Coordinator to join our Cheltenham office.

Job Description:
  • Provide high-quality internal client services to Partners and fee earners
  • Work closely with the Compliance & Risk Team to ensure seamless operations
  • Manage files, including creation, maintenance, and updates
  • Coordinate postal deliveries and courier services
  • Effectively utilise the Practice Management System
  • Close and archive files
  • Complete searches for staff members
  • Perform various administrative tasks
  • Support the Finance team
Requirements:
  • At least 6 months of administration experience
  • GCSEs in maths and English or equivalent qualifications
  • CILEX qualification preferred
