Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Travel Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage client travel booking inquiries, demonstrate exceptional service attitude, and maintain strong relationships with clients' travel managers and travellers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage clients' travel booking inquiries via various channels
  • Demonstrate exceptional service attitude when addressing travellers' inquiries
  • Maintain sound relationships with clients' travel managers and travellers
  • Provide clients with optimal travel plans and recommendations (balancing cost, time, and convenience)
  • Handle booking, modifying, and cancelling of air tickets, hotels, car rentals, airport transfers, railways, and other related services
  • Work closely with team or business leaders to gather a comprehensive understanding of their requirements

Requirements

  • Diploma in a relevant field or above
  • Experience in operating GDS - Amadeus is preferred
  • Proficiency in Business-level English, in both oral and written communication
  • At least 1 year of experience in a travel management or B2B (group service) company, with a strong understanding of the business travel industry
  • Able to assist clients in a possible face-to-face consultation
  • Excellent cross-cultural communication skills and teamwork skills
  • Strong aptitude for rapid learning, highly receptive to training, and open to constructive feedback
  • Excellent verbal and written English

Desired but not Essential

  • Possess a sales mindset and able to further extend clients' travelling experience
  • Proficiency in any additional languages is preferred, such as French/Spanish/German
