Business Development Manager - New Sales - MSP

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Damia Group Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our client base in the MSP sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow our client base and increase revenue
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients to identify business opportunities
  • Collaborate with our technical team to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Manage a pipeline of net new business opportunities and deliver regular sales reports
  • Work closely with our marketing team to develop and execute sales campaigns

Requirements:

  • 10 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of business growth and revenue generation
  • Sound understanding of the MSP sector and the services we offer
  • Ability to build and deliver a pipeline of net new business opportunities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
