Senior Horticulturalist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Horticulturalist to join our team at HL Services (London) Ltd. As a key member of our garden maintenance team, you will be responsible for leading a team of horticulturalists in the maintenance and care of high-end residential gardens.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of horticulturalists in the maintenance and care of high-end residential gardens
• Supervise and delegate tasks to team members to ensure efficient and effective garden maintenance
• Monitor and maintain irrigation systems and water features
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect and report on garden condition
• Develop and implement garden maintenance plans to ensure high-quality results

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in high-end residential garden maintenance
• Strong knowledge of horticulture and plant care
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical fitness to perform demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment
