Role Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Classroom Specialist to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As an Academic Professional, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality educational experiences to students in a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the curriculum, taking into account the diverse needs of students.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and reports to parents and colleagues.
  • Maintain expertise through ongoing training and research, ensuring your practice remains current and effective.
  • Design and deliver engaging lesson plans, analyzing and reflecting on their impact.
  • Collaborate with the team to review and develop Statements and EHC plans, PEP, and LAC reviews.

Requirements

  • A passionate commitment to making a positive difference in students' lives.
  • Qualifications: QTS/QTLS, with strong teaching experience and excellent IT skills.
  • Experience working in a school environment, particularly in secondary education and willing to teach a range of subjects.
  • Emotional Support: Effective time management and ability to work with students who require alternative provision.
