Job Description

The Director, Tax Transformation will report directly to the partner responsible for the Tax department. This pivotal role involves shaping the growth strategy, identifying new opportunities, and managing sustainable growth. The Director will lead large-scale public sector reform and tax transformation programs, collaborating with senior clients and public sector leaders.

This exciting opportunity offers the chance to develop innovative solutions for complex client challenges related to tax transformation. You will lead large-scale public service reform projects, ensuring client satisfaction and sustained relationships.

You will be responsible for managing and developing teams to produce high-quality analysis, presentations, and reports. Additionally, you will drive business development efforts, including sales, proposal design, and thought leadership presentations.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance/economics, or law.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale transformation programs and delivering high-value tax consultancy services.
  • Strong commercial acumen, organizational skills, and analytical capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and electronic research tools.
