Job Title: Senior IT Support Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Support Engineer to join our team at In Technology Group. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to our clients across various industries in Lancashire.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 2nd line technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote desktop
  • Collaborate with the IT team to resolve complex technical issues
  • Deploy and manage Office 365, Intune, SharePoint, and PowerShell
  • Configure and maintain Active Directory, Group Policy, and Windows Server 2019
  • Design and implement network infrastructure, including VPNs, VLANs, and Wireshark

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in IT support and engineering
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy
  • Experience with Office 365, Intune, and SharePoint
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
