Our Mission


We're looking for an exceptional Photographer to join our Creative Team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for capturing high-quality images that showcase our brands' unique style and flair. Your primary focus will be on model imagery, still life, and creative photography for ecommerce and marketing purposes.




  • Capture stunning images that meet our brand's quality standards and exceed customer expectations.
  • Brief freelance photographers to ensure consistency in image quality and style.
  • Collaborate with the Art Director and stakeholders to develop new creative concepts and stay ahead of competitors.
  • Maintain up-to-date lighting guides and ensure all shoot-related documents are accurate and accessible.
  • Attend pre-shoot meetings to gather relevant information and coordinate actions among the shoot team.
  • Work closely with retouchers to maintain color consistency and adhere to brand guidelines.


Your Talents and Qualifications


To succeed in this role, you'll need:




  • Previous experience working in-house for a commercial fashion brand.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in model and still life photography, with a keen eye for composition, lighting, and aesthetics.
  • Familiarity with interpreting client briefs and adhering to brand guidelines.
  • The ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and motivate others within a creative team.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe software, including Capture One and Photoshop.
  • A thorough understanding of digital SLR cameras, preferably Canon, and Profoto lighting equipment.
  • A positive attitude, responsive to change, and committed to delivering high-quality results.
  • Critically appraise your work and take feedback from others to achieve excellent results.
  • Mac and PC literacy, including good MS Office skills (Word and Excel).
