About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant to join our team at Brownsea Castle. As a Kitchen Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, working closely with our culinary team to deliver exceptional food and service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of food and beverages
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe kitchen environment
  • Support the culinary team in the delivery of exceptional customer service
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Food Safety Level 2 certification (training provided)
