Lead a Team of Professionals

Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Oversee the daily operations of the Children's Home, ensuring high standards of care
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and other relevant legislation
- Team Development: Recruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering a supportive and professional environment
- Care Plans: Develop and implement care plans for each child, tailored to their unique needs
- Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with local communities and stakeholders
