Major Loss Adjusting Practice Opportunity
Adjusting Appointments Limited is seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to take on a lead role within their Major Loss Division. As the Head of Major Loss Adjusting Practice, you will be responsible for a team of general commercial major loss adjusters and surveyors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a team of loss adjusters and surveyors, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful handling of major losses.
- Take a personal involvement in the handling of all losses in excess of £1 million and be active within client relationship work.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Major Loss Division.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements:
- A/FCILA qualified with a minimum of 5 years in a major loss capacity.
- Proven track record of success in a leadership role, with experience in managing teams and driving business growth.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
