About the Job

We are currently recruiting for a Lifeguard position at one of our state-of-the-art leisure facilities in Europe. As a key member of our poolside team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our members while they enjoy their swimming activities.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment, with opportunities for career progression and professional development.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Ensuring the safety of our members while they use the pool facilities
    • Providing excellent customer service and support to our members
    • Working collaboratively with other team members to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) and be able to demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills. We also require you to have a genuine passion for fitness and a willingness to learn and develop your skills.

Salary:£28,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
