About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Atlas. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and customer service at our client's premises.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the cleaning team to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to meet client requirements
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to client queries and concerns
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of cleaning services

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a cleaning or facilities management role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic level of spoken English
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Enhanced DBS check
