About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Atlas. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our client's premises.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the cleaning team to ensure all areas are cleaned to a high standard.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies to ensure they are in good working order.
  • Ensure all cleaning staff are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a cleaning or facilities management role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic level of spoken English required.
  • Enhanced DBS check required.
